Orzo With Spinach And Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 c. Orzo pasta
- 1 1/4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 med Onion, chopped
- 7 ounce Frzn minced spinach, thawed and well liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Feta cheese, plus 2 teaspoon ,crumbled
- Freshly grnd black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cook the orzo according to package directions. Drain. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add in the onion and saute/fry for 5 min. Add in the spinach and saute/fry for 4 more min. Toss the onion spinach mix with the warm orzo. Add in the feta cheese and grnd pepper and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTES :Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
