Organic Greens With Grilled Pear And Rosewater Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 c. organic greens
- 2 x pear
- 1 Tbsp. oil, (separate)
- 2 Tbsp. rose flower water
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 c. rose petals
Directions
- Prepare the pears by peeling, cutting in half, and removing the cores. Lightly brush the halves with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a grill for 10 min on each side, or possibly till softened, and set aside. When cooled, slice each into a fan.
- In a bowl combine the rosewater, vinegar, oil, herbs and seasoning, and whisk to combine. Toss in greens and mix to combine. Place in serving dishes.
- Garnish with sliced fanned pear halves and rose petals.
