Ingredients

  • Orange chiffon cake (can be ordered from bakery)
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Tangerines (1 sm. can)

Directions

  1. Cut the cake horizontally to make 2 layers. Whip the cream. Mix together with pudding and crushed pineapple. Spread some of the icing between the 2 layers. Spread the rest around the cake. Decorate with cherries and tangarines.
