Orange~Harvard Beet Warm Salad

- 15 ounce can Harvard Beets
- one teaspoon corn starch
- One orange (juice and rind shavings)
- Dash of Allspice
- one teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a saute pan add canned beets and juice, corn starch and stir on medium heat, add orange juice, allspice and black pepper, cook 5 minutes.
- Remove to a serving bowl, garnish with orange rind strip and sprig of parsley or mint
- Easy and super flavorful
