Orange And Mustard Glazed Beef Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 c. freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 4 lb ribs from a standing rib roast
Directions
- Cook the orange juice over medium heat till it is reduced by half, about 6 to 8 min.
- While the juice reduces, whisk together the mustard, honey, horseradish, thyme, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the reduced orange juice.
- Grill the ribs over a medium-warm fire, basting frequently with the glaze till they are medium-rare and slightly charred, about 15 min.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
