"One Pan" Sausage Alfredo

- 8 ounces sausage (of your choice, kielbasa, Italian sweet or hot, pork sausage all in casings) Browned, cooked, sliced
- 8 ounces Penne Pasta (cooked al dente, drained)
- 2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 1.4 cup light cream
- handful of frozen peas
- one roma tomato, diced
- one teaspoon garlic powder
- one teaspoon onion powder
- Garnish fresh chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cut your sausage in slices once cooked thoroughly (about 10 minutes on medium heat) add garlic and onion powders, salt and black pepper
- In a pot of boiling water (add some salt) cook Penne to al dente, drain and set aside
- In a saucepan on medium heat add milk, cream and slowly add parmesan cheese to well incorporate
- In a mixing bowl add cooked, Penne, cooked and sliced sausage, peas, diced tomatoes, and once cheese mixture has melted add into the bowl and stir well
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
- Serve and enjoy
