Prep: 25 min Cook: 20 min Servings: 4by Sangeeta Shah13 recipes>very quick n simple,yet yummy pudding,made in jiffy,good for any part,get together or just to chill after dinner....:) Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoon cornflour
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts ( soaked in warm water for a 20 minutes )
- 1/2 cup grated dark chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions
- In a pan, combine milk, honey and cornflour.Whisk together completely until there are no lumps,put off the heat and cool it off.
- Drain soaked cashews and place in the blender,add chocolate, cinnamon ,vanilla extract and hot milk mixture over the top and blend until mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour the pudding into ice cream glass or ramekins or serving dishes and allow to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Set in refrigerator for an hour or two....serve chilled.
