- 6- 4 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast
- Melted butter OR 0 calorie spray butter
- Gallic Salt
- Paprika
- Pepper
Directions
- Wash and Clean Breast, trimming off any fat
- Pound with tenderizer if desired.
- Brush or spray with butted ( good coating)
- Sprinkle heavily with garlic salt, Paprika and pepper.
- Place on 4 inch rack of Nu-Wave oven and cook on HI for 8 minutes. Turn over and cook for additional 6-7 minutes.
