    Ingredients

    • ½ cup crispy rice cereal
    • ½ cup almond butter
    • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1 Tbsp. honey
    • ¼ cup mini marshmallows, chopped
    • 1 graham cracker sheet, crushed finely

    Directions

    1. Place rice cereal, almond butter, cocoa powder and honey in a bowl. Mix well.
    2. Stir in chopped marshmallows.
    3. Roll the mixture into about 6 bite-sized balls.
    4. Roll each protein bite into the crushed graham crackers.
    5. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
