    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
    • 1/3 cup powder sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
    • 1 (3.3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1/4 tsp. mint extract
    • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1/4 peppermint extract
    • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
    • 1/4 cup peppermint candy, crushed
    • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
    • 10 Oreo mint cookies, crushed

    Directions

    1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar and salt together.
    2. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Spread marshmallows over batter.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    4. Cool completely.
    5. Pudding: Mix chocolate pudding, milk and mint extract. Let it set for a few minutes to thicken. Spread over crust.
    6. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & peppermint extract. Fold in a third of cool whip, candies. Add 7 drops of green food coloring.
    7. Spread over pudding.
    8. Topping: Beat heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Spread over filling layer. Sprinkle with Oreo mint cookies.
    9. Decorate & refrigerate overnight.
