  • No Bake Granola Bar

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used a raw trail mix with raisins but feel free to use almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, or any other favorite nut)
    • Approximately 1/2 cup almond butter (I used a little less)
    • Approximately 1/3 cup raw honey (Again, I used a little less)
    • 2 Tbsp cacao nibs

    Directions

    1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
    2. 2. Melt the almond butter and honey until creamy — Approximately 40 seconds in a microwave or a few minutes on low heat on the stove.
    3. 3. Pour the melted almond butter and honey into the bowl and mix with the dry ingredients until everything is evenly coated.
