No Bake Cookie Crumble Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool lowfat milk
- 1 c. Lowfat milk, heated to boiling
- 2 pkt Cream cheese (8 ounce. ea)
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Chocolate chips
- 9 ounce Graham cracker crust
- 1 c. Crushed cookies (any kind)
Directions
- In a blender, sprinkle knox gelatin over cool lowfat milk, let stand two min.
- Add in warm lowfat milk and process on low speed for two min. Add in cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process till well blended. Arrange chocolate chips on bottom of crust. Pour gelatin mix into crust. Sprinkle crushed cookies over the top. Refrigeratetill hard, about 2 hrs.
- Makes 10 servings.
