No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
Directions
- Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Fold in a large saucepan sugar, cocoa, lowfat milk and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in peanut butter and vanilla, mix well. Stir in oats and coconut. Pour into greased pan. Cover and chill. After refrigerated, cut up.
