No Bake Cherry Confetti Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 x (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple -- undrained
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. coconut flakes
- 1/2 c. pecans -- minced
- 1 x (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 12 ounce frzn whipped topping -- thawed
- 2 x pie crusts (9 inch) -- baked
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in pie filling. Mix in whipped topping.Spoon into pie shells; refrigerate1 hour before serving.
- Yield: 20 servings (two 9 inch pies).
