- 500 grams shrimps
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup alcoholic beverage (Use half a glass of alcohol (any of the following: Lambanog, Sake, Tequila, Gin, Vodka)
- 1 medium white onions diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt & pepper
- chillies (optional)
Directions
- In a wok, heat oil and saute garlic and onions.
- Add in shrimps and seasoned with salt & pepper.
- Pour in alcoholic beverage and let it boil.
- Do not cover. Let the alcohol content vaporize.
- Serve hot
