    One of the favorites weekend foodies in every Filipino household. This is a good soup with meat recipe that is so easy to make.

    Ingredients

    • 1kg beef (any bony part, ribs or neck)
    • 1/2 cabbage
    • 1 pack bok choy
    • 1/2 wombok (or pechay tagalog)
    • 2 large onions, chopped
    • 1 bunch spring onions, sliced
    • water
    • 1 tbsp whole peppercorns
    • freshly ground pepper
    • fish sauce

    Directions

    1. On a pot add beef, onions and peppercorn together with water (enough to cover the beef). *pressure cooker is best to use
    2. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is nearly falling apart from the bones.
    3. Add potatoes and green beans, and let it simmer till tender.
    4. Add cabbage, pechay, and spring onions cook for additional 2 minutes.
    5. Flavour with fish sauce and season with freshly ground black pepper.
