    • 2 can Chick peas (I use S & W Brand)
    • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice (or possibly a bit more, If desired lemony hummus)
    •     x Few drops Tabasco sauce for
    •     Mild spicing, more for
    •     Serious heat
    • 4 Tbsp. Cilantro (variable,
    •     Depending on your taste for Greens)


    1. Drain one can of chick peas completely, the other one such which some liquid is left. Put into bowl. Add in lemon juice. Mince and add in cilantro and add in Tabasco sauce. Blend till smooth. If hummus is not soft and creamy, then you did not leave sufficient liquid with the chick peas. Add in some water or possibly lemon juice to make up for it. Serve with crackers or possibly use as a spread on Whole Wheat bread.
