Ingredients

  • 1. Mutton Liver - 500g
  • 2. Ginger and garlic - 1 tablespoon
  • 3. Tomato - 2
  • 4. Onion - 2
  • 5. Green Chillies - 2
  • 6. Curry Leaves - few
  • 7. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • 8. Salt - to taste
  • 9. Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • 10. Chilly Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • 11. Sombu - half teaspoon
  • 12. Ellakai (Black and Green) - 2
  • 13. Pepper - 1 tea spoon
  • 14 Bay leaves
  • 15. Oil

Directions

  1. First Grind Tomato, half onion, Green chilies, Sombu, Pepper, Ginger & Garlic, and soak them in the cleaned liver.
  2. Now heat the pressure cooker and add the mustard, curry leaves, Ellakai, Onion, turmeric.
  3. Add the liver and keep bring pressure.
  4. Wait for 10 min in sim and open the lid. Now wait for the gravy thickens and serve.
