Mulberry Fudge Balls
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
- 6 ounce Chocolate chips, melted
- 3/4 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/4 c. Mulberry preserves,seedless
- 1/3 c. Almonds, finely minced
- Combine cream cheese and chocolate. Mix till well blended. Stir in crumbs and preserves. shape into 1 inch balls and roll in minced almonds. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
