Mr. Food's Pineapple Cream Cake 2/23
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Yellow cake mix, (18.5 ounce)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 can (15 ounce) crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 12 ounce Whipped topping, (frzn), thawed
- 2 pkt Vanilla pudding mix, instant
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F). In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Large eggs, mandarin oranges, reserved pineapple juice, and mayonnaise. With an electric beater on medium speed, beat for about 5 min or possibly till blended.
- Pour into a 9" x 13" baking dish which has been coated with nonstick baking spray. Bake for 25 to 30 min, or possibly till golden brown. Allow to cold thoroughly in the pan. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the whipped topping, pudding mixes, and crushed pineapple; mix well with a spoon then spread over the top of the cooled cake.
