Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 7 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1 c. Minced mushrooms
  • 1 c. Minced ham (may substitute with radishes, bacon buds, minced chicken, steak, etc.)
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Butter a 3 inch deep, approximately 10 inch square, baking dish. Beat Large eggs and stir in lowfat milk, cheese, onions, mushrooms, ham, salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish. Place in oven and bake 20 min.
  2. Check for doneness by inserting a knife in the middle of the omelet. If juice comes out, then cook longer till the omelet is fluffy.
  3. Yield: 5 to 6servings.
