  • Monkey Bread

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. pecan pcs
    • 2 loaves frzn bread
    • 3 1/2 ounce. pkg. vanilla or possibly butterscotch pudding mix
    • 1/2 c. melted butter
    • 1 c. brown sugar
    • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk

    Directions

    1. Place pecan pcs in bottom of greased angel food cake pan or possibly Bundt pan. Cut frzn bread into 12 pcs and scatter on top of nuts. Sprinkle pudding mix over the rolls.
    2. Heat butter. Add in brown sugar. Blend well and add in lowfat milk. Pour over rolls. Let rise till doubled in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till done. Invert pan on serving plate and remove. (If angel food cake pan is too small, take the center and put into a Dutch oven.)
