  • 2 loaves frzn bread
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. vanilla "cooked" pudding
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Mix together 3/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp. cinnamon. Heat together till creamy, butter, brown sugar, pudding, lowfat milk and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Let bread dough come to room temperature. Cut into 1/2 inch slices, then cut each slice into quarters. Dip each piece into the sugar cinnamon mix.
  2. Place pcs into a 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Pour the creamy pudding mix over the coated bread pcs. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees (with foil off) for about 35-45 min. Turn out of pan onto foil with edges turned up while still hot.
