Mon's Porkchops

We all have our go-to recipes when time is tight. This is easy and delicious. My hubby's recipe of a quick porkchop.

Ingredients

  • About 6 cuts of porkchops (cut to the thickness you prefer. I use about 3/4 inch thick ckops)
  • 2 tbsps. Seasoning (if not available in your place, use soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire Sauce (or as much or less you prefer)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate chops for atleast 15-minutes. Prick the chops with fork so the marinade can seep better.
  2. You can choose to grilled or fried in a bit of oil. Enjoy!
