Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 oz. lasagna noodles, ready for baking
  • 1 15 1/2 oz. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 1 12 oz. creamed cottage or ricotta cheese
  • 3 pkg. (12 oz. total) shredded Mozarella Cheese (1 1/2 c.)
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Mrs. Dash, seasoned pepper, garlic garlic, dash of sugar
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, brown sugar, and spices. Drain off fat.
  2. Mix parmesan cheese, parsley, and cottage cheese.
  3. Layer noodles, spaghetti sauce, and cheese mixture.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 min.
  6. Let stand at room temp. for 10 min.
  7. Cut and serve.
