Molded Cottage Cheese And Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 16 ounce Cottage cheese,
- 1/2 tsp Salt,
- 1/8 tsp White pepper,
- 1 c. Lowfat milk,,
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise,
- 2 pkt Gelatin,, unflavored
- 1/2 c. Water, cool
- 2 c. Grapes,, green seedless, divided
- 1 c. Grapes,, Ribier or possibly Malaga, seeded
- Salad dressing,
Directions
- Put cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with the mext 4 ingredients. Soften gelatin in cool water and dissolve over warm water. Stir into cottage cheese mix. Refrigeratetill it begins to thicken. Mix in 1 c. of the green grapes. Turn into a greased 5-c. ring mold. Refrigeratetill hard. Turn out onto a serving plate.
- Fill center with remaining grapes mixed together. Serve with your favorite salad gressing.
