Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic salt to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Drain artichokes and mash. Place in ovenproof dish and add in rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min.
