    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
    • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 x Lemon, juice of
    • 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
    • 1/2 tsp Lemon pepper
    • 1 jar (12-ounce) cocktail sauce
    • 1 can (6-ounce) crabmeat, liquid removed and flaked
    • 1 pkt (4-ounce) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    • 1 pkt (4-ounce) Mozzarella cheese, grated
    • 6 x Green onions (tops and bottoms), minced
    • 1/2 x Bell pepper, minced
    • 1/2 c. Minced ripe olives
    • 1 x Tomato, minced

    Directions

    1. Mix cream cheese till smooth. Add in mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice and seasonings. Spread on the bottom of a 9x13 pyrex dish or possibly serving platter. Chill while preparing other toppings. Drain and flake crabmeat. (Shrimp may be substituted for crabmeat.) Chop onions, bell pepper, olives and tomato. Layer ingredients on top of cream cheese as follows: cocktail sauce, crabmeat, Monterey Jack cheese, Mozzarella cheese, green onions, bell pepper, olives and tomatoes. Serve with melba rounds or possibly crackers.
