Ingredients

  • 2 x Chicken breasts, bone and skin on
  • 3 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
  •     Salt if needed
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Grated orange rind
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated Granny Smith Apple
  • 2 Tbsp. Chicken broth

Directions

  1. Cook breasts in broth with spices. Refrigeratein broth. Remove chicken from broth,throw away skin and bones. Dice or possibly shred breasts. Stir with sauce.
