Mini Sausage rolls

- 1 roll puff pastry - ready-made, 10 pork sausages (or 40 small hot dogs), 1 egg yolk, sesame seeds - to decorate
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Cut the sausages in 4 equal parts
- Roll out the pastry and cut thin strips to cover each sausage part but leaving the ends of the sausage still visible
- Brush egg yolk to cover the pastry
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the rolls to give them so extra flavour
- Place the sausage rolls on a tray with baking paper and slide them in the oven for 20 min, or until golden brown
