Millet Porridge with Pumpkin

Ingredients

  • 1c. millet
  • 2c. milk
  • 1/4lb pumpkin
  • 1/4c. butter
  • 2c. water
  • salt
  • sugar

Directions

  1. Pour millet and water into saucepan, cover it with lid, and boil for 15-20 mins, not opening (!).
  2. Grate the pumpkin, add prepared porridge, pour 2 cups of milk, add butter, salt, sugar to taste.
  3. Stir, cover and put into already heated oven (400F) for 15-20 mins.
