Microwave Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 (1 pound 4 ounce.) cans pineapple rings
- Water
Directions
- In microwave cake dish heat butter. Add in brown sugar; mix. Spread proportionately over bottom of pan. Lay pineapple over bottom; cover proportionately. Mix cake mix; use pineapple juice for mix instead of water. Add in water to juice to make 1 c. liquid. Mix cake batter. Pour over pineapple and brown sugar. Microwave on HIGH 8 min or possibly till hard.
