Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stk butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 quart popped popcorn, * see note (3 to 4)

Directions

  1. In a large grocery bag
  2. Boil first 4 ingredients for 2 full min. Stir in baking soda. Pour warm mix over popped corn and stir till corn is coated. Fold top of bag and place in microwave oven. Cook for 45 seconds; shake and cook for another 45 seconds. Shake or possibly stir till cold.
