Mexican Taco/Burrito Bake

- 1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 6 burrito size flour tortillas
- 1 (31 oz) can refried beans
- 1 (10 oz) container Queso-Melt cheese dip (can also buy American white cheese & melt with milk to make this.It's like the restaurant cheese dip. I find it with the specialty cheeses at the grocery store)

- Toppings:
- Pico de Gallo
- Sour Cream
- Lettuce/Tomato
- Salsa
- Jalepenos
- Etc
Directions
- Brown ground chuck. Add taco seasoning as directed on package.
- Spray a 9 X 13 casserole with cooking spray.
- Layer 2 large burrito flour tortillas, 1/2 the can of refried beans, 1/2 the meat mixture, and drizzle 1/3 of the cheese dip.
- Repeat layer
- Top with 2 tortillas
- Bake at 350° for 15 min.
- Drizzle remaining cheese dip on top while hot.
- Serve with desired toppings.
