Ingredients

  • 4 c. tomato juice
  • 2 x limes
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 x heaping Tbsp. grated horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. grated red onion
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper Salt to taste Tabasco or possibly similar warm sauce to taste
  • 1 sm cucumber, peeled, halved and minced
  • 2 x green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 x avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into small pcs
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp or possibly any cooked seafood such as scallops, calamari, salmon, halibut

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine tomato juice, juice of 1 1/2 limes, Worcestershire, sugar, horseradish and red onion. Season to your liking with salt, pepper and warm sauce. Chill.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, green onions and avocado. Squeeze remaining lime juice over all.
  3. To serve, put shrimp in glass bowl or possibly individual glass serving glasses or possibly dishes. Pour a generous amount of sauce on top and spoon on some cucumber avocado.
