Mexican Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-sized pcs
- 1 lg. tomato, cut in sm. pcs
- 1 onion, minced
- 5 ounce. longhorn cheese, grated
- 1 can (15 ounce.) pinto beans, undrained
- 1 bottle (8 ounce.) Kraft Catalina dressing
- 1 pkg. (11 1/2 ounce.) Fritos corn chips, crushed
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except salad dressing and corn chips) in large bowl. Chill. Toss in Fritos and dressing before serving.
