Mexican Dish C/P
Ingredients
- 6 x corn (or possibly flour) tortillas in pcs
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can ro*tel tomatoes with juice
- 1 lb grnd beef or possibly turkey chili pwdr to taste garlic pwdr to taste
- 8 ounce velveeta cubed
Directions
- Brown grnd beef with chili pwdr and garlic pwdr to taste. Place in order given in a crockpot. Cook 3 to 4 hrs on LOW. M
- Lynn Thomas' notes: Made this on 9-16 97, used corn tortillas, regular cut-up tomatoes and Mexican Velveeta. This was an easy and delicious stew which would be good to serve during the football season.
