Mexican Corn
Ingredients
- 1 stk butter
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream, (fat free) Heat butter and mix with lowfat sour cream
- 1 can Mexican corn, liquid removed
- 2 can White shoepeg corn
- 2 x Jalepeno pepper, finely diced
Directions
- Heat butter and mix with lowfat sour cream.
- Add in remaining ingredients to butter and lowfat sour cream.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
