Mexican Cheese Dip
- 1 ounce. can diced green chilies
- 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 ounce. pimento, liquid removed, optional
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce.) pkg. Lawry's green onion dip mix
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. butter, softened.
- Mix all ingredients together. Spread into a mold or possibly form into mold shape. Chill. Remove from mold before serving and present with crackers and carrot, celery, cucumber, zucchini, tomato.
