Ingredients

  • 3 cans bean dip
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 3 or possibly 4 avocados
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 cans black olives
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese to taste

Directions

  1. Spread bean dip in dish. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning, spread on bean dip, swirl. Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper, spread and swirl. Chop olives and onions, sprinkle on top. Top with grated cheese. Warm in oven till cheese is soft.
