Melt In Your Mouth Swedish Meatballs

This is my recipe which combines a fast sauce with slow cooked meatballs.

Ingredients

  • For Meatballs:
  • 2 lbs. Ground Pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • 3 tbs. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbs. Chicken Bouillon Granules
  • For Gravy:
  • 2 10-3/4 oz. cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp. Soy Sauce

Directions

  1. Mix meatball ingredients well and and form into balls. Place in a roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. Open roaster and cover meatballs with water, cover and bake an additional 90 minutes.
  3. Take out of the oven and remove broth.
  4. In a pot on the stove, mix Cream Soup, Sour Cream and Soy Sauce. Heat and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour over meatballs and serve.
