Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 c. Master Mix for Muffins
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter muffin pans. Put dry ingredients in bowl. Add in lowfat milk and egg; stir till mix is just moistened, batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 min till golden. Makes 12 large muffins.
