Ingredients

  • 4 poundscantaloupe, shredded
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) canevaporated milk
  • 2 quartswater
  • 1 1/4 cupswhite sugar

Directions

  1. Mix cantaloupe, evaporated milk, water, and sugar in a large pitcher, stirring until combined.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide shredded cantaloupe and liquid into molds and freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
  4. Or you can use small 'iced candy' plastic to mold them.
