Mee Ayam (Chicken With Egg Noodles)

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 x Dry egg noodles
  • 2 stalk spring onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 x Teacup chicken stock or possibly water
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 x Red chilli, (slices) - optional
  • 2 stalk coriander

Directions

  1. Soak the noodles in boiling water for a minute. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cool water. Squeeze off excess water. Slice the chicken breast into thin pcs.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and add in the chicken pcs and the noodles and stir.
  3. Add in the soya sauce and the oyster sauce and continue to stir. Leave for two min to soak.
  4. Remove onto a plate and serve warm. Garnish with slices of chilli and coriander.
