Meatloaf With Onion And Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound grnd beef (round) 1 egg 1 can onion soup (10 3/4 ounce.)

1 c. soda cracker crumbs 1 can mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce.) for top of loaf 10x2" casserole with lid

Directions

1. Fold in order given, the first 4 ingredients. Put mix in casserole. Cover mix with mushroom soup, put lid on. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take cover off last 15 min. Serves 8.
