Ingredients

  • 2 pound grnd chuck
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 lg. and 1 sm. can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. bread crumbs (optional)
  • 1/4 c. onions, diced
  • 1/4 c. green peppers, diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Meatloaf seasoning pkg. by McCormick

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl. Once everything is mixed well, shape it into a football but even from one end to the other and place in a baking dish.
  2. Pour the small can of tomato sauce on top of meatloaf and cook for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 min on 325 degrees.
