Meatless Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Hi Ho cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Pecan Meal (or possibly can use finely minced walnuts)
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, place on greased cookie sheet and bake approximately 10 min at 400 degrees. When cooled, place in casserole dish, cover with favorite tomato sauce and bake approximately 20 min at 350 degrees, or possibly till sauce is bubbling.
