Ingredients

2 cool boiled potatoes
1 pound grnd beef

Salt & pepper

Directions

Cut potatoes in 4 (1/2 inch) slices. Divide beef in 4 portions. Wrap a potato slice in each portion of meat. Pan fry in butter. Season to taste. Serves 4.
