Meat Balls In Mock Wine Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce.) jar chili sauce
- 12 ounce. cool water
- 1 (10 ounce.) jar grape jelly
- 1 1/2 pound grnd meat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 4 tbsp. oil
Directions
- Cook chili sauce, water and jelly over medium heat; set aside.
- Combine meat, salt and pepper, and onion. Form into balls and brown in oil.
- Put browned meat balls in sauce and cook one (1) hour over medium heat in a covered pan.
