Ingredients

  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1/3 c. water chestnuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine well. Shape into large marbles. Put in baking dish and sprinkle paprika over. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min; drain off fat. Turn over, sprinkle again with paprika and bake 15 min (each side 15 min).
